Ever since I was 11 I knew I wanted to be a Beauty Therapist offering gorgeous treatments and after qualifying in 1990 I knew I made the right decision. Not many people love their job but I do; it’s like a glorified coffee morning that lasts all day!
I love catching up with clients I’ve known for a while and it is great meeting new ones. We get great satisfaction from seeing clients float out after a relaxing treatment or leave with a spring in their step. Salon 31 is the best thing I’ve ever done and I’m blessed with three exceptionally, wonderful and professional therapists. Salon 31 would not be where it is today if it wasn’t for the hard work and dedication of my fabulous team.
After 17 years here at Salon 31 and loving every minute, it’s exciting to open up Boutique 31, offering my clients a bit extra, a range of gorgeous clothes, scarves, handbags and beautiful jewellery. Utilising space upstairs was my priority and having to go shopping for work was as you can imagine such a bind…not!
