Thank you for making a provisional booking with Salon 31 – once your deposit has been received we will be able to confirm the booking by text.
This is a non-refundable deposit.
There is a 50% charge on appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or for “no-shows”.
We do understand that life happens and that you may need to move your appointment – if your appointment is re-booked at the time of postponing your initial appointment, this deposit will be held for your next appointment.
If you postpone without rebooking, or rebook less than 24hrs before the initial appointment time, this deposit will be non-refundable.
